  9. in the Intel Smart Video Recorder Installation and Video Tips manual.

  13. Runtime:

  15. The Runtime software included in your Intel Smart Video Recorder 
  16. package provides video playback capabilities for computers that do not have 
  17. Video for Windows.  If the target computer has Video for Windows installed, 
  18. you should use the existing Media Player to try playing the files
  19. recorded with the Intel Smart Video Recorder.  Install the Runtime
  20. files only if the playback is not adequate.

  22. Technical Note:  The Runtime setup backs up the existing system.ini file to system.isv.
